Anne Marie Duff
Anne-Marie Duff has been an English actor, narrator, and writer for over thirty years. Duff was a TV character as a narrator and actress in Trial & Retribution Amongst Women & Aristocrats in the late 1990s. Anne-Marie Duff (born 8 October 1970) is a Britsih actor. Anne-Marie Duff (8 October 1970) was an English stage and screen actress. Her first big role in the screen was Fiona Gallagher from the UK show Shameless in the series' initial two seasons. The Virgin Queen (2006), she played her role as Queen Elizabeth II. In 2015, the series From Darkness featured her as the lead character. Duff appeared in Enigma (2001), The Magdalene Sisters Notions on a Scandal (2007) French Film (2008) The Last Station, Nowhere Boy Before Go To Sleep (2014) as well as Suffragette (2005). Duff was nominated to win BAFTA Awards in Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress and Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to that, she was awarded the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for her performance in the TV film The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff has been a successful award-winning English actor who created her own mark on stages, on radio and in television. Her fame was largely attributed to her character Fiona Gallagher from the British drama-comedy TV series Shameless. Anne Marie has developed into a talented theatre actress after more than 20 years of stage work and has also worked with the Royal National Theatre.
